Nicolas A. Re, CPP
President, Aerospace & Defense
Mr. Re has over 20 years experience in the commercial security and defense/aerospace industries including executive management, infrastructure development, operations oversight, and business development. Nick joined Pinkerton Government Services, Inc. (now SCIS) through the acquisition of American Protective Services (APS) in January 2000. In his tenure with these combined organizations, he has worked in all management levels bringing innovation and leadership to the creation of the organization’s proven business model.
As a Program Manager on assignment with a large defense contractor, Nick built and managed a security workforce for multiple locations in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. His responsibilities included physical security oversight, training, personnel management, and customer relations. Since that assignment, he has served as Branch Manager in Fort Smith, Arkansas and in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he worked to develop existing business throughout the Midwest while building operational support for defense industry clients. For nine years, he served as Area Vice President for the Northern U.S and then two years as Vice President of Operations based in Springfield, VA. In addition to operations oversight, his contributions to infrastructure development have included national account management, human resources management, business development, refinement of corporate policy, state licensing, and training.
Nick is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP). He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
Nick’s professional affiliations include memberships in the National Classification Management Society, American Society for Industrial Security, the National Defense Industrial Association and various other industrial security awareness councils and associations.
